That is a separate legal requirement. A virtual office does not make us your registered agent, and we do not offer registered-agent service.
Most owners use both: a registered agent of record with the state, and a business address for day-to-day mail, clients and marketing. Before you list any address on a state filing, check your formation documents or ask your attorney.
