Why the station matters for a Wilmington office
Wilmington's station is served by Amtrak along the Northeast Corridor and by SEPTA's Wilmington/Newark Line toward Philadelphia. For a team that meets clients up and down the corridor, a downtown office means you can walk to the train instead of driving to it and paying to park. Clients coming in by rail can walk to you too.
DART buses also run along Market and King Streets, and I-95 is a few minutes from downtown for the days you drive.

- Parking: metered street parking, and a parking garage about a block away.
- Lunch and coffee: Market Street's restaurants, cafes and hotels are all on foot.
- Exact location: shared when you ask for a tour.

West of the city: Lancaster Pike (opens December 1)
If you drive more than you ride, our Lancaster Pike center opens on December 1, 2026, just west of Wilmington near the Route 141 corridor. It has an open coworking area and a row of private offices, and the station is roughly 10 to 15 minutes east by car. It suits people who drive most days but still catch a train now and then (parking details shared at opening). See office space on Lancaster Pike.
